Background Profile: – At least 3 years in continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, or quality engineering in manufacturing – Experience in a machining environment is required. – Proven track record of utilizing Lean and Continuous Improvement methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste. – Experience with tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Pareto Analysis, Spaghetti Diagrams, and FMEA. – Quality background – experience with PPAP, First article, Capability Studies, CAPA. – Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a time-sensitive environment. – Excellent communication skills with all levels in the organization. – Must be willing to be “hands-on” and work in a team environment. – Bachelor’s Degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered Interested?
