About the Role

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you’ll use data and insight to challenge the status quo, identify inefficiencies, and implement innovative, scalable solutions. This role plays a critical part in optimising call centre operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies
  • Analyse root causes and recommend effective, long-term solutions
  • Document, implement, and measure new business processes
  • Define business requirements and collaborate with technical teams on solution design
  • Facilitate project activities, including risk assessments and performance tracking
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure sustainable and impactful improvements


What You Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in business analysis or continuous improvement
  • Exposure to call centre operations and relevant performance metrics
  • Proficient in Lean Six Sigma (White/Yellow Belt advantageous)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Skilled in process mapping, redesign, and compliance measurement
  • Self-starter with a curious mindset and the ability to influence others
