The ideal candidate will be skilled in using design and video editing tools such as Canva, PicsArt, and InShot, and will have a strong understanding of various social media platforms. This role involves creating engaging visual and written content to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop and design graphics, images, and short videos using tools like Canva, PicsArt, and InShot. Social Media Management: Create and publish posts across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Content Planning & Strategy: Work with the marketing team to plan and strategize content themes, posting schedules, and campaigns. Audience Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of content across channels and suggest improvements. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and voice across platforms. Qualification & Skills Proven Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a similar role. Design & Editing Skills: Proficiency with Canva, PicsArt, and InShot; knowledge of additional tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus. Strong Understanding of Social Media: Familiarity with current trends and best practices on various platforms. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to write engaging captions and communicate effectively. Creative Mindset: A keen eye for detail, and ability to think creatively and generate unique ideas.
