We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to craft compelling content for event-related materials and marketing campaigns. This role involves developing persuasive and engaging copy that boosts event participation and enhances brand presence across platforms. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Event Collateral Content:

  • Write compelling content for event materials such as brochures, invitations, banners, standees, flyers, speaker bios, agendas, and post-event summaries.
  • Create engaging digital content to support event promotions and recaps.


Marketing Content Development:

  • Craft ad copies, emailers, social media posts, website content, and press releases aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Develop persuasive messaging to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.


Presentation & Deck Writing:

  • Design and structure clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations for:
    • Event pitches
    • Sponsorship proposals
    • Speaker decks
    • Internal and external communications

Brand Alignment:

  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content.
  • Uphold brand guidelines while adapting messaging for different audiences and platforms.


Content Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with event planners, marketers, and designers to develop content calendars and communication strategies for upcoming events.


Editing & Proofreading:

  • Review and refine all written materials for grammar, clarity, tone, and formatting.


Post-Event Communication:

  • Draft thank-you notes, social media recaps, and reports summarizing event impact and highlights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in content writing, marketing, or event communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to convey messages concisely and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; experience crafting visually appealing decks.
  • Versatility in creating content across digital and print formats.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in content creation for B2B/B2C events, conferences, or corporate summits is a plus.
