We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Content Specialist with a strong visual sensibility to support the development of compelling, on-brand visual materials. This role will focus on bringing ideas to life through
graphics, presentations, videos, infographics, and print/digital collateral. You’ll collaborate closely with the Brand & Communications Team and internal clients to turn information into engaging visual content.
This is a
hands-on production role ideal for someone with foundational experience in visual storytelling who is ready to grow their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for internal and external communications, including:
- Branded PowerPoint presentations
- Social media graphics
- Infographics and one-pagers
- Event or campaign visuals
- Light video editing and animated clips
- Format content into visually polished templates and layouts that align with brand guidelines
- Assist with asset management, version control, and updates to existing materials
- Ensure consistency across all visual content, maintaining high standards of design and accessibility
- Collaborate with the Brand & Communications Team and internal partners to translate ideas into visuals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–3 years of experience in a visual content, graphic design, or communications production role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
- Experience with PowerPoint and formatting/designing presentations
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Solid grasp of branding principles and visual consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- A portfolio or examples of visual work (required with application)
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with motion graphics or animation (After Effects or similar)
- Experience in a corporate or B2B environment
- Comfort interpreting and visualizing technical or complex information
