About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented content professional with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. This role will be central to driving our content strategy by drafting compelling articles and social media content, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and ensuring timely delivery of assets across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and draft content for long-form articles, blogs, and social media posts based on key topics identified by the team
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather insights, approvals, and inputs on various content pieces
• Liaise with external agencies and freelancers to manage timelines, edits, and final deliveries
• Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and messaging across all platforms
• Track content performance and work with relevant teams to optimise based on insights
• Stay updated on trends, industry news, and content best practices

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in content creation, preferably in a digital-first or brand-led environment.
• An experience of dealing or working with media publications or PR firms will be a great value add.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and clarity
• Ability to simplify complex topics and adapt tone across formats
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent project coordination and communication skills
• A proactive mindset with a knack for research and storytelling
