Role Objective
To create and deliver engaging content that supports organizational goals, drive audience engagement, and enhance brand visibility. The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing compelling content across multiple platforms while ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and style. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to brand guidelines, and staying informed about industry trends to deliver innovative and impactful content solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Instructional Design
- Create design documents on sales training and Health & Well-being community building on templates provided by community leads.
- Deep Dive with ABOs & ABO leaders and other stakeholders to develop content and further build training materials like facilitator/participant guide, presentations, Flyers and other formats.
- Leverage Sales Training & Community Building content from other Amway global affiliates and develop instructional materials like presentations, trainer guide and participants handouts for various training programs (Virtual & Classroom) across Amway.
- Apply best practices in adult learning theories to create effective & engaging training content.
- Create Sales Pitches/stories and concepts around Health & Well being narratives
2. E-Learning/Online Learning Development
- Utilize advanced e-learning tools to create interactive and engaging online courses.
- Design and implement assessments to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Maintain and update e-learning content to ensure relevance and accuracy
- Develop online games using animations, triggers and VBA, understanding of coding like
JavaScript and HTML will be preferred
3. Video Content Creation
- Plan, script, and produce high-quality training videos.
- Collaborate with the multimedia creative agencies to ensure professional video output.
- Incorporate innovative video formats to enhance learner engagement.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work independently with internal and external stakeholders to understand training requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Communicate with subject matter experts like R&D, marketing and other Centre of Excellence teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
- Collaborate with Digital Content specialist for creation of Digital Content on community building and sales.
- Partner with Content Specialist and Capability Building & Operations Managers for sales and community building related content to be leveraged in training events and for building internal capability.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of training projects.
6.Evaluation and Improvement
- Partner with the Internal Team Capability and Training Operations Manager to measure the Impact of Amway+app
- Partner with CMI CoE (Insights) to continuously improve training content.
- Partner with CMI CoE (Insights) to stay updated on industry trends to incorporate best practices and new methodologies.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND/OR RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in education,
Master’s degree will be plus
Business Administration, or related field.
5 to 8 years in Instructional Design.
