Responsibilities
Kforce is working with a client in Pittsburgh, PA that is seeking a Content QA Coordinator to join our team and ensure the delivery of top-quality content for our client's interactive event and show applications. Summary: In this role, you will oversee the content review process from the initial design phase through development and final deployment. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to make sure every visual detail, functional element, and piece of copy meets our high standards and the client's brand guidelines. Occasional travel may be required to support live events and shows. Responsibilities:
- Content Review & QA: Review content at all stages-design, development, and final release-for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
- Cross-Platform Testing: Test applications across devices (kiosks, tablets, web, etc.) to ensure smooth user experiences and flag visual or functional issues
- Asset Gathering: Collect and organize client assets (copy, logos, images, specs) into clear documentation for internal teams
- Project Coordination: Use tools like Asana to track content tasks, prioritize fixes, and ensure deadlines are met, especially for shows
- Brand Standards: Help create and maintain a Brand Standards document to guide internal consistency and educate teams on updates
- Collaboration: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to clarify content needs and track feedback throughout the project
- Final Sign-off: Conduct comprehensive final reviews before launch to confirm all content and functionality are show-ready
- Event Support: Travel occasionally to events to provide on-site QA, verify content, and support setup and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2+ years in content coordination, QA, or similar digital/creative roles
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and documentation
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tools
- Ability to work on-site and travel occasionally for events
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in graphic design or UI/UX is a plus
- Experience with trade shows, events, or experiential marketing
- Familiarity with creating or maintaining brand guidelines
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or content management systems
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
