Who We're Looking For
We’re hiring a Content Project Manager based in Bucharest, who thrives in a remote-first environment but is also comfortable working face-to-face with clients on a recurrent basis. You’ll be officially part of our agency team, but your day-to-day focus will be on one key client, a financial services company that offers insurance and pension products, acting as their voice and strategic partner in all content-related initiatives. This is a high-ownership role with both creative and organizational responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Client-Facing Content Project Management
- Represent the client’s interests inside the agency, acting as their go-to person for everything content-related.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all content deliverables across SEO, blog, landing pages, and knowledge base initiatives.
- Align internal teams (writers, SEO specialists, designers) with the client’s business goals, content strategy, and timelines.
- Own and update the editorial calendar based on evolving priorities and business objectives.
- Participate in regular meetings with the client’s in-house marketing and product teams – both remotely and occasionally on-site.
🔹 Content Writing & Editing
- Write and edit high-quality content across formats and funnel stages:
- Content marketing articles
- Holistic long-form articles (deep-dive SEO assets)
- Landing pages: keyword research, heading structure, copywriting
- Other content formats as required by the content strategy (glossary entries, pillars & clusters articles)
- Refresh and improve existing blog content
🔹 SEO Alignment & Performance
- Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure all content aligns with current best practices.
- Support keyword mapping, internal linking, and on-page optimisation strategies.
- Track performance and propose updates for better ranking, engagement, or conversion.
Your Professional DNA

- Proven experience coordinating content projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Strong writing and editing skills in Romanian and English
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO, content structure, and user intent
- Comfortable using tools like ClickUp, Google Docs, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Willingness to work on-site in Bucharest on a regular basis, as part of a hybrid collaboration with the client’s team
