Daily program management throughout the program life cycle
Defining the program governance (controls)
Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measures
Coordinating the projects and their interdependence
Managing and utilizing resources across projects
Managing stakeholders’ communication
Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome”
Managing the main program documentation
Use empowerment, trust and other strategies as appropriate to develop and motivate team members
Communicate expectations, assignments and responsibilities clearly and professionally
Skills:
Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program
Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
Strong leadership and management skills
Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Proven ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, work with a high sense of urgency and build strong, productive relationships
Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and team members
Ability to accurately and articulately document information
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
Experience:
At least two years of relevant technical experience
Demonstrated background in solving complex customer problems
Team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience in content creation or quality assurance
Bachelor's degree
