Content writer/ Content Producer Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * 6+ years' experience writing and designing content for web or mobile * Experience in creating, editing and publishing content in CMS platforms * Experience in the banking and finance sector * Be adept in testing content, troubleshooting, and fixing it during releases, and helping investigate issues if things go wrong * Be able to edit and contribute to designs and content in Figma, Sketch or other design tools. * Understanding and supporting the creation of new customer journeys, working with others to identify pain points and user needs * Working with designers and developers - both onshore and offshore - to continuously optimize content and how it's delivered to the end user * Using research and data to inform your work * Ensuring governance and compliance of your content and challenging others to do better when best practice is not followed * Creating accessible content by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) language Roles & Responsibilities * Ensuring and advocating a human-centered approach to all the content you create. * Help designers to present complex information in a simple but highly engaging way. * Map customer journeys to identify pain points and user needs. * Create and curate brilliant content that users will love. * Work closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure content is evidence based, user-centered and continually optimized. * Take part in user research and be able to work with multidisciplinary, agile teams to contribute to an overall user experience. * Use discovery methods to take facts from subject matter experts and present them in a brilliant, personal and simple way. * Take responsibility for legal, regulatory governance and compliance of your content. * Subedit and proofread content (provide a second pair of eyes) Salary Range- $120,000-$150,000 a year #LI-NR3
