The Role

We’re hiring a Content Producer—a hybrid operator who lives at the intersection of creativity and logistics. You’ll manage the entire content pipeline, from idea development to production timelines, team coordination, approvals, and delivery. You’re not making the graphics or editing the video—you’re ensuring it all gets done and hits the mark.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage the entire creative content calendar

• Coordinate between designers, writers, animators, and distribution teams

• Turn ideas and campaign needs into briefs, timelines, and deliverables

• Ensure on-brand, high-quality, on-time content across all platforms

• Track production cycles, approvals, and launches

• Stay plugged into cultural and political moments to inform rapid-response content

• Report weekly on performance, output volume, and campaign status

What You Bring

• 3+ years experience in content production, digital media, or campaign operations

• Strong project management skills—tools, timelines, delegation, follow-through

• Deep understanding of digital content formats (memes, reels, social videos, threads, carousels)

• Able to speak both “creative” and “strategic” fluently

• Calm under fire, proactive under pressure, and always three steps ahead

• Bonus: Experience in political media, content marketing, or digital campaigns
