Summary

1. Develop operation strategies for AVOD content and FAST linear channels. Combine user behavior and advertisers' needs to optimize the selection and scheduling of content in the content library (including movies, variety shows, documentaries, etc.).

2. Build and manage self - owned or cooperative FAST channels (such as comedy channels, classic movie channels, vertical - field channels). Plan a 7x24 - hour program schedule to increase the channel's viewing duration and user retention.

3. Monitor real - time viewership data, dynamically adjust the program schedule, and respond to sudden traffic changes.

4. Analyze core indicators such as AVOD/FAST users' viewing habits, ad exposure, and click - through rate (CTR), and iterate the advertising placement strategy and content recommendation logic.

5. Track the global AVOD + FAST industry trends (such as cases of Tubi, Pluto TV, Roku, etc.).


Job Requirements:


1. Have more than one year of experience in streaming media or content operation, and be familiar with the AVOD/FAST business models.

2. Be proficient in using data analysis tools.

3. Be well - acquainted with film and television content and be sensitive to content.

4. Have the ability to collaborate across departments, and be able to coordinate with content, technology, and sales teams to promote project implementation.
