Working Time:

• 8-hour shifts within 9am to 10pm. No 24/7 shifts required.
• 5 days weekly

Qualifications:

• Strong command of spoken and written Mandarin is required; decent English proficiency is acceptable.
• Minimum qualification of SPM or higher.
• Prior experience as a Content Moderator is preferred.
• Familiarity with community management is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, integrity, and confidentiality principles.
• Experience working in large corporations or related industries is highly valued.
• Competency in computer operations is essential.
• Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, resilience, and an ability to manage stress effectively.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work, along with a strong sense of responsibility, are crucial.
• No 24/7 shifts required. Prefer candidates who are able to work on-site.

Responsibility:

• Responsible for handling all account-related audit tasks, including but not limited to: unlocking, password retrieval, and unfreezing, related to security complaints.
• Conduct spot checks on anti-fraud strategies, assess the quality of accounts, and determine if the enforcement measures are appropriate.
• Apply corresponding labels to accounts based on business and model requirements.
