We are looking for an experienced Content Moderation Team Lead to manage TikTok moderation operations at Charisma Technology. The role involves overseeing daily workflows, coordinating the moderation team, and ensuring content processes comply with platform policies and quality standards.

• Plan and monitor the team’s daily task schedule
• Supervise moderation processes to ensure compliance with platform rules
• Check content quality and report any violations
• Analyze performance data and report to upper management
• Train and onboard new team members
• Join content moderation activities when necessary
• Strengthen internal communication and improve operational efficiency
• Stay updated on platform guidelines and moderation trends

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in TikTok content moderation
• Prior experience in team management, coordination, or training
• Native-level proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written)
• At least B2 level proficiency in English
• Solid understanding of digital content and social media platforms
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using computers and office software
• Turkish citizenship and valid residence permit
• Not currently enrolled as a student
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and professional communication skills

• Employment Type: Full-time – On-site
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
