Who We’re Looking For


The Content Marketing Manager leads copywriting projects and events to support lead generation and customer education campaigns and communications.  


What You’ll Do:



  • Supervise team of copywriters, customer education marketing specialists, and event planners.  

  • Manage event and webinar strategy.  

  • Oversee customer education strategy.  

  • Edit and manage copywriting for various projects including emails, sales materials, video scripts, event collateral, go-to-market copy, and customer education initiatives.  

  • Travel to connect with customers and execute events. 

  • Work in a collaborative environment with other departments, including Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, Product, Support, and Services. 

  • Team member training and development. 


What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required  

  • Strong copywriting skills are a must  

  • 8 years of marketing experience and 3 years of management experience 


Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 



  • Experience working with a marketing automation system, preferably HubSpot 

  • A rock star at leading a team creating compelling content 

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation 

  • Must be creative, energetic, extremely organized and detail-oriented  

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience preferred, but not required 

  • Travel expectation: 10-15%
