🎯 About The Job
Content Strategy & Messaging (30% of your time)
- Develop and execute the global content strategy, ensuring alignment with demand generation, brand and product positioning and thought leadership in pedagogy-driven learning design.
- Own the yearly global content calendar to ensure consistency across channels, campaigns and target audiences.
- Shape and refine brand and product messaging, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Lead and mentor internal and external contributors, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Content Creation & Production (40% of your time)
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, reports, e-books, webinars, pedagogy guides, one-pagers, and use cases, that educate, inspire and equip educators, learning designers and educational leaders with valuable insights.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO, aligns with industry best practices and maintains a consistent brand voice and product messaging.
- Build a scalable content production engine by developing workflows, guidelines and processes.
- Support the development of sales enablement content to help the GTM team engage and convert prospects
Content Distribution & Amplification (15% of your time)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content efforts with overarching campaign strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and engagement.
- Leverage multi-channel distribution, including website, email, LinkedIn and other platforms, to maximize reach and impact.
- Mentor and guide content & social media specialist driving social content, community growth and engagement across platforms..
Performance Measurement & Optimization (15% of your time)
- Track content performance using key metrics such as organic traffic growth, MQL/SQL contribution, engagement rates and brand recognition.
- Refine content strategy based on data-driven insights, reporting monthly, quarterly, yearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Continuously optimize content through testing, analytics and audience research.
Your Experience

You Have
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing management in B2B SaaS, preferably in education or learning design-related fields.
- Proven ability to build and scale a content function, managing internal and external content contributors.
- Proven ability to drive demand generation and build thought leadership through content.
- Strong understanding of SEO, inbound marketing and content analytics.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing thought leadership and buyer journey content (eg reports, e-books, webinars, whitepaper, one-pagers, use cases)
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing and growth teams to align content with business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, analytics tools (eg Google Analytics, SEMrush), and CMS tools (eg Webflow).
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Bonus: Experience with PR, employer branding and executive thought leadership content.
