The Opportunity


A multi-skilled Communications & Content Manager is needed for this leading global company, to help them define and implement a comms and content plan for their UK arm of their business. Within the position, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing communications programmes (internal & external) in collaboration with their internal teams and partners.

The Role


  • Support an effective content & comms plan aligned with local, International and corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure content supports strategy, delivers a successful customer journey and feeds into sales pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain the comms calendar with another member of the team.
  • Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, across articles, news features, and video.
  • Create compelling content to suit the varying marketing channels, with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Help with the script writing and storyboarding for videos.
  • Be involved in the creation of design/content and branded assets as required.
  • Oversee and support local events including tradeshows, customer seminars, and digital events.
  • Monitor budgets and drive improvements to deliver a return on investment.


The Person


  • A Marketing Communications professional with 3-5 years in a similar role, ideally with B2B experience.
  • Experienced with copywriting, content creation, email marketing, website, social, newsletters etc.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing and marketing communication strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal & networking skills, capable of influencing / working with different stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, highly creative with an eye for detail.
  • Well organised, proven experience of co-ordinating people and projects both inter- and intra- team.


The Details


  • Contract: Permanent, full time
  • Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum plus excellent benefits
  • Working: Hybrid – 2/3 days in office, 2/3 days WFH
  • Location: Surrey
