Position Overview: As Fullbay's Content Manager, you will lead and manage content strategy and execution across the marketing department and external agencies. You will work directly with various members of the marketing team to create a unified content strategy to make sure Fullbay's content is engaging, educational, on-brand, and aligned with company goals and product releases. This is a senior-level, individual contributor role-perfect for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others on their projects, while still getting their hands dirty generating content ideas, occasionally writing social posts or content, and assisting with the Fullbay Community. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: * Demonstrate subject matter expertise in commercial repair software and the transportation industry by continuously researching trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to inform strategic content direction. * Independently manage Fullbay's overall content strategy to support business objectives, including brand positioning, lead generation, and customer lifecycle engagement. * Owns and leads the strategic development, planning, and management of all customer-facing, prospect-facing, and internal content for Fullbay, exercising independent judgment in content direction, messaging, and alignment with brand and business objectives. * Independently manage and oversee the company-wide editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with cross-functional marketing campaigns, product release cycles, and brand goals. * Direct content planning by leveraging SEO trends, industry research, and competitive intelligence to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across multiple platforms. * Evaluate and oversee the strategic refresh of existing content assets to ensure relevance, accuracy, and continued alignment with business goals and evolving brand voice. * Ensure all content aligns with corporate brand standards and collaborate with the SEO team to optimize for performance and search visibility based on business impact. * Lead outreach efforts to secure subject matter insights from customers and industry experts, using editorial judgment to shape interviews and content development. * Direct all content published for Fullbay. * Manage Fullbay's content quality standards, brand voice, and style guidelines across all teams and channels. * Analyze and interpret content performance metrics, and make strategic, data-informed recommendations to refine content strategy, improve ROI, and support broader marketing and business goals. * Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations. * Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education & Work Experience: Required: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. * 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or digital content management. Preferred: * Experience in SaaS or B2B tech marketing. * Familiarity with freight, logistics, or commercial repair industries is a plus. * Working knowledge of Wordpress, HTML/CSS is a plus. Key Skills and Qualifications: * Proven track record of managing content calendars and executing cross-channel campaigns. * Deep understanding of content strategy and digital marketing campaigns. * Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. * Proficiency with content/project management tools. * Highly organized self-starter with strong communication and collaboration skills.
