We are looking for Content Operation Supervisor/Specialist (SPORTS) Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sports content strategy . Operate user-generated content, and initiate campaigns related to user engagement Collect and compile news about Basketball/Volleyball/eGames, and other popular events from various platforms. Implement strategies to optimize content performance, including feed optimization, audience targeting, and platform-specific best practices. Work closely with content creators to ensure high-quality and engaging content output. Analyze content metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate content production schedules, deadlines, and resources to ensure timely delivery and execution of content initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and above Atleast 2 years exp Sports knowledge, especially basketball, is an essential requirements. Deep understanding of digital content platforms, analytics tools, and industry trends, with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences. Proven experience in content operations, digital media production, or content management, preferably in the gaming or sports industry. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion on schedule. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
