HaxyGen Corporation & Academy is hiring a Content Manager who will be responsible for writing, designing, and editing content for marketing and educational purposes. Your academic background does not matter — what matters is your skill and your ability to get the job done with consistency and creativity.

This is a hands-on role. You won’t be leading a team — your job is to create, edit, and deliver content. If you’re efficient, detail-oriented, and good at content production, you’re the candidate we’re looking for.

• Write engaging and original content for courses, services, websites, and social media
• Design visual creatives for posts, stories, banners, and ad campaigns
• Edit and polish text and graphics for clarity, impact, and accuracy
• Conduct keyword research to align content with audience interests and marketing goals
• Perform basic video editing tasks (e.g., reels, promo videos, class previews)
• Maintain branding consistency across all content formats
• Follow task deadlines and deliver quality work under pressure
  

• Strong content writing skills in both English and Bengali
• Ability to design visuals using Canva and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Basic knowledge of video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and other content AI assistants
• Solid grasp of keyword research and how to apply it to content
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
