We do this by running a managed marketplace to the world’s most exceptional real-life experiences — from immersive tours to museums to live events and everything in between.

Headout has served tens of millions of guests from 196 countries (every single sovereign state on the planet) on one of our experiences across 100+ cities in 14 languages. Today, we have sales of 100s of millions of $s a year and are growing rapidly. Contrary to the norm, we deliver this scale and growth while being profitable. We've been unit profitable for 18 months + and have recently turned EBITDA profitable as well. We have raised $60M+ from top-tier investors and are building a durable company for the long term - because that's what our mission needs and deserves.

👩‍💻The role
As a Content Lead, you'll own the content strategy and execution for a designated region, overseeing a team of writers to deliver high-quality, SEO-optimized content that engages, informs and drives users to go on experiences with Headout. You'll be responsible for end-to-end content production, from planning and assigning topics to final review and optimization, ensuring every piece aligns with our editorial standards and is helpful to our audience. You’ll work closely with both Marketing and Business teams to create catalog content for new experiences onboarded on Headout, ensuring it’s optimized for supply growth Support seasonal marketing initiatives, from holidays and events to videos and email campaigns. Your role will also involve refreshing and restructuring existing content to keep it relevant, managing timelines, and driving projects that align with business goals. This position is an opportunity to shape the voice and direction of our content, providing an engaging experience for readers and measurable impact for the brand.
The role is for Bengaluru location hence, the candidate should be either based locally.
