We’re seeking a Content & E-commerce Management Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make a real impact in the fast-growing world of digital content and education technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content from our publishing partners and other content providers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle—from ingestion to making it live on the portal.
• Execute B2B library onboarding and content deployment for institutional clients.
• Develop blogs, landing pages, and content strategies aimed at boosting website traffic and engagement.
• Create and manage product listings; optimise content for better SEO and discoverability.
• Analyse sales and usage data to guide strategic content and promotional decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and targeted content initiatives.
• Respond to partner or client content-related queries and ensure smooth communication and resolution.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics and continuously improve our processes and strategies.
• Stay updated on digital publishing trends, educational content standards, and e-commerce best practices.
  
  

Requirements

Engineering/Science background preferred

Command of written English.

Proficient in MS Excel (content formatting, data cleaning, basic analytics).

A keen eye for detail and quality.

Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing content workflows.

Prior experience in content management, publishing, or digital commerce is a plus.
