Content Development Officer (2 - posts)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM

Saturday: 08:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Salary: 500,000 – 700,000 MMK

Job Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate content partnership proposals; negotiate and manage contracts.

- Stay updated on content trends and maintain networks with local and international partners.

- Plan and deploy new services: design scenarios, source partners, launch content, and run test cases.

- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitors’ policies, campaigns, and product strategies.

- Coordinate digital marketing efforts: Facebook posts, app notifications, SMS, and mobile ads.

- Track revenue and ensure KPI achievement.

- Work with Core, IT, and Customer Care teams to support service testing and launch.

Job Requirements:

- University graduate.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital content development.

- Familiar with platforms like Joox, Cookie, Spotify, Netflix, etc.

- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
