This role is located at our headquarters in NJ or at another location and may require some travel. RESPONSIBILITIES Acumen to storyboard, design and develop interactive and engaging online training content. Design and develop knowledge and performance-based learning checks, and assessments, and other mechanisms/methods to verify learning or SW emulation. REQUIRED Minimum Bachelor‘s degree in education related field. Baccalaureate degree with 1-2 years of experience in course design or professional CBT development, a big plus.) DESIRED QUALIFICATION Experience with or understanding of LMS system, authoring tools like Captivate, Storyline, or Lectora, graphical layout, digital audio, video and gaming asset usage in course development and SCORM packaging is a big plus. The ability to: o work closely and effectively with a diverse group of multimedia developers and programmers, o prioritize multiple tasks and react quickly to shifting priorities, o take ownership and initiative and work independently.
