We are hiring for a Content Designers - (APS6 Level) for one of our Federal Clients.

Role: Content Designers - (APS6 Level)

Location of work: All States

Contract duration: 12 months + 24 months extension.

Security clearance: Baseline security clearance

Overview:

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with business objectives.

• Translate complex concepts into user-friendly processes and guides for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Create and manage content for various online platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and alignment with the departmental style and brand guidelines.

• Produce high-quality graphics and layouts using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Measure and evaluate the success of content in meeting user needs using relevant indicators and metrics. • Improve content accessibility, ensuring materials are user-friendly and inclusive.

• Balance competing priorities across multiple projects, teams, and activities.

• Provide professional and technical advice and services in relation to content design.

• Development of learning resources, to be interactive, engaging with decision points, case studies and possible screen captures.

• Test eLearning courses before release, incorporating feedback to enhance the final product.
