Job Title: Content Creator Production Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in filming product review with an iPhone camera similar to videos on @justice_buys Instagram
• Assemble and disassemble products for filming purposes
• Coordinate and assist with film days, ensuring all necessary equipment and products are prepared
• Run errands such as product returns, grocery shopping
• Maintain an organized inventory of products and filming equipment
• Collaborate with the content creation team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies
• Optional: Edit short-form 9x16 videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or other relevant editing software

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity creating content for TikTok, Instagram and/or YouTube
• Must live near Los Angeles and be able to commute to Manhattan Beach, California
• Must have a reliable vehicle for commute and running errands
• Must have a personal laptop
• Comfortable having their hands on camera for product demonstrations
• Availability for in-person work 3 to 5 times per week, totaling 35 to 40 hours
• Intermediate understanding of content creation process from ideation, filming, editing, and posting
• Must be eager to learn, proactive, and have an exceptional work ethic
• Ability to run errands including product returns, dry cleaning, grocery runs, and transportation
• Ability to work with spreadsheets for organization purposes
• Ability to do thorough online research and problem solve
• Organizational skills for coordinating film days and managing product logistics
• Beginner-level videography skills, particularly with iPhone filming

Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate has a passion for content creation and has created content on TikTok and Instagram in the past. They have the ability to film engaging product reviews, unboxings, and demonstrations, similar to the style of @justicebuys. They have strong creative and video skills, as well as knowledge of social media and influencer space. They should have a great work ethic and treat every difficult situation as a learning opportunity. They should be very organized, experience managing schedules, and comfortable with in-person responsibilities. They have good understanding of aesthetic, POV, and framing iPhone filming techniques. They are pro-active, eager to learn, and are always looking to find ways to help and streamline business processes.

Payment & Hours:

We’re looking for someone to work 35-40 hours per week (in-person 3-5 days per week). We will pay $3500-$4500 a month for this position (depending on experience).
