About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Creator who is deeply connected to what’s next in content and social. You’ve got the eye, you know what looks good, what feels right, and what’s going to land. You move fast with trends, understand how platforms work, and know how to bring a brand to life through engaging, elevated content that’s both timely and timeless. You’re confident behind the lens, understand what performs across platforms, and can shoot, edit and deliver with both speed and precision. This is a hands-on, part-time role that reports directly to the Brand & Marketing Manager and plays a key part in bringing our content strategy to life.
Purpose of the Role
To create high-quality content across owned and paid channels that engages our community, supports sales, and strengthens our brand. You’ll bring energy, ideas and strong execution, translating trends into on-brand moments and producing content that is visually sharp and ready to perform.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute engaging content across owned and paid channels, including social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Shoot, edit and deliver video and stills for campaigns, ads, social, and the website as needed
- Assist with styling and selects for photoshoots and brand campaigns
- Identify and jump on emerging content trends, memes and platform features
- Film EGC and ad hoc content as opportunities arise
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity, tone and aesthetic
- Work with the Brand & Marketing Manager to deliver on weekly content pillars and planned campaigns
- Track and report on content performance with insights and recommendations
- Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to align messaging and intent
- Experiment with new formats, platforms and creative approaches that push the brand forward
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3+ years’ experience in content creation, ideally within fashion e-commerce brands
- Proven experience across video and photo production, from concept to editing
- Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar
- Strong understanding of what works on each platform, and why
- Confident storytelling on-camera and behind the scenes
- A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to juggle multiple content needs
- Excellent attention to detail and a sharp eye for visual consistency and quality
