We're on the lookout for a Content Creator who’s ready to turn bold ideas into visual experiences that move people.

In this role, you won’t just create content—you’ll shape a brand voice, capture real moments on the ground, spark conversations, and build connections with our audience in Egypt. From managing content calendars to jumping on trending audio, producing reels that pop, and collaborating with local influencers—you’ll have the creative freedom and ownership to make things happen. You’ll work closely with marketing and design teams, transform raw ideas into compelling content, and analyze what hits and why. If you're deeply in tune with the local culture, love experimenting with formats, and can bring energy, authenticity, and creativity to everything you do—this role was made for you.

You will be joining a team who has been hitting double growth year over year across the past four years.

Lychee's offering has evolved across our four ever growing sales channels; branches, online, HORECA & modern trade, boasting our diverse product portfolio. From salads, wraps, warm bowls & natural juices to homemade granola, protein bars and of course our authentic Greek yogurt.

What will you be doing?

• Create compelling and original content for social media, website, campaigns, and digital ads (videos, photos, reels, stories, copy).
• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and cultural moments in Egypt.
• Capture and edit content on-site (e.g., in stores, events, shoots) that feels real and relatable to the local audience.
• Research local trends and consumer behavior to inspire relevant content ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to execute creative projects.
• Handle the end-to-end process from idea generation and scripting to production and editing.
• Keep track of content performance using analytics tools and propose optimizations.
• Stay on top of trends across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any digital platform
• Source and collaborate with local influencers or creators when needed.
• Ensure all content reflects our brand’s tone, values, and visual identity.
• Use editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or Canva to produce high-quality visuals.
• React quickly to viral moments and trending topics with relevant content.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as Content Creator or Digital Influencer; preferably within Lifestyle, Retail, or F&B sectors
• Deep understanding of the Egyptian audience, social behaviors, and local content trends
• A strong Portfolio or social media presence showcasing creative and impactful content
• Hands-on experience with video shooting, editing, and post production
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
