Responsibilities


  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Bloomr.SG Content Creators, ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams and clients for optimized content delivery across various platforms.
  • Work with content creators to produce shareable and optimized content (videos, images, gifs, audio) for live events, programs, and content marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Leads in Content Monetization and Creator Development to enhance content output, audience targeting, and maintain strong creator relationships.
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and development of talent for the Bloomr.SG Exclusive program.
  • Support the Bloomr.SG MCN and MCN Accelerator Program by identifying, recruiting, and training the next generation of content creators.
  • Train content creators and stakeholders in social media content production, platform optimization, and campaign execution to drive the Bloomr.SG brand forward.
  • Oversee and manage content creation strategies, campaign management, and optimization for client pitches and content implementation.
  • Foster high-level relationships with creators, including scouting talent, ensuring quality content output, and handling any necessary production work.

  • Qualifications


    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in content production-related fields (e.g. TV, Film, Digital Media, Communications, Creative Writing) or a strong track record in production work.
    • Candidates with a background in Psychology or Relationship Management are also preferred.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and influencer management tools.
    • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media, content creation, marketing and talent management.
    • In-depth understanding of the local social media landscape, the online/mobile industry, and content creator trends with a strong working knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Line, etc.) and other digital channels.
    • Skilled in relationship management, crisis management, and reputation management.
