Responsibilities:

• Planning engaging content ideas that align with our brand of social media especially on TikTok and Instagram.
• As a talent for multimedia content such as images, videos, reels, and graphics
• Editing videos using basic editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN, or similar apps) with or without the help of a design team
• Regularly upload content and have engaging interactions with audience in TikTok and Instagram
• Monitor the trends and viral challenges — and leverage them for content.
• Analyze content performance and optimize future videos based on algorithms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to support digital campaigns through social media 
• Paid Internship (WFO at Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat)

Requirements:

• Min 6th semester or undergraduate students with few classes, preferably pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relation or a related field
• Basic video editing and storytelling skills tailored for TikTok.
• Have previous internship experience in marketing, especially as content creator or handle social media content,
• Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding TikTok’s algorithm (FYP, trending audio, engagement strategies)
• Have a strong interest in marketing 
• Having good communication skills and initiative.
• Creative mindset, strong initiative, and a love for social media trends.
• Experience in running a personal or brand TikTok account is a big plus.
