We are looking for a Senior Content Creator to join our Egypt team, someone who blends creativity with strategic thinking, has a sharp eye for performance data, and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
This role is perfect for a digital-savvy content expert who’s just as comfortable creating thumb-stopping content as they are planning cross-platform campaigns and guiding creative execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Content Strategy & Creation
• Develop and execute engaging, on-brand digital content across channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Own the content calendar — from planning to execution — aligned with campaign goals and business objectives
• Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to bring ideas to life
• Lead content ideation sessions and stay ahead of social media and content trends
• Write, edit, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement
Performance & Optimization
• Monitor and analyze content performance across platforms
• Interpret data to identify opportunities, optimize future campaigns, and improve engagement
• Track KPIs and contribute to content performance reporting
Collaboration & Project Management
• Work with internal teams (including performance marketing and design) to guide campaign development and ensure brand consistency
• Provide creative direction and feedback to design team to bring content strategies to life
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals for content projects
Client Mindset & Brand Stewardship
• Act as the voice of the brand — maintaining tone, consistency, and quality across all content
• Align with stakeholders to ensure content supports broader marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or advertising
• Preferably with experience in a startup or tech company environment
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio of digital content
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and audience behaviors
• Experience with tools like Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
• Data-savvy — able to interpret content metrics and identify actionable insights
• Experience building and managing content calendars and social strategies
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Marketing or communications background is a strong plus
