Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation, updating of product listings images
  • Monitoring the organization's presence across multiple platforms i.e. Amazon, Noon, Jumia...
  • Engaging with customers on those different channels
  • Creating content, responding to comments, and increasing brand exposure
  • Planning and developing social media campaigns
  • Crafting compelling content or getting it developed
  • Analyzing running campaigns
  • Staying on top of the latest social media trends
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
  • Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Collaborate with the brands team to ensure product images is accurate and up-to-date


Requirements

Social Media skills:

  • Proven work experience as a social media Executive
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPI's
