Creating content, responding to comments, and increasing brand exposure
Planning and developing social media campaigns
Crafting compelling content or getting it developed
Analyzing running campaigns
Staying on top of the latest social media trends
Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Collaborate with the brands team to ensure product images is accurate and up-to-date
Requirements
Social Media skills:
Proven work experience as a social media Executive
Hands on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Familiarity with web design
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPI's
