Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Communication Ownership:
• Develop, manage, and optimize content for emails, ASC pop-ups, IVRs, videos, and in-app messages tailored for Daraz sellers.
• Community Management:
• Run and grow Daraz’s seller communities across WhatsApp Channels, Facebook Groups, and other social platforms—crafting posts, managing interactions, and driving engagement.
• Campaign & Content Creation:
• Ideate and launch educational and behavioral change campaigns, developing toolkits, videos, newsletters, and visual content that simplify complex information and incentivize positive action.
• Webinar & Event Execution:
• Plan and host webinars, live sessions, and offline/online events to educate and onboard sellers, often collaborating with category teams and external partners.
• Creative Strategy & Storytelling:
• Work cross-functionally with design and marketing to tell the Daraz story in a way that resonates with sellers of all sizes—from new entrepreneurs to large-scale vendors.
• Analytics & Feedback Loops:
• Track content performance across platforms; leverage seller feedback and data to iterate, improve, and personalize communication strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in content creation, community engagement
