The US base salary range for this full-time position is $205,000-$288,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities * Define and implement AI policies, identifying risk areas, designing policy approaches, and overseeing adoption across product areas. * Lead the team in analyzing product features, defining structured testing methodologies aligned with Google's safety, neutrality standards, and delivering insights and recommendations. * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify policy gaps, develop new policies, and create and execute detailed implementation plans, ensuring robust, compliance and risk management programs. * Lead, motivate, and empower a team of Risk, Compliance, and Integrity program and policy managers, providing direction, fostering talent, building a collaborative culture, and managing performance. * Advocate AI compliance initiatives within Google and the industry, sharing expertise and building relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and program implementation.
