Job Description
The Content Analyst will be responsible for analyzing content performance and using data-driven insights to create new scoring models and advance measurement mechanisms. This role will help teams assess content effectiveness through the Content Performance Score (CPS), evaluating Audience Acquisition, Engagement, and Progression metrics. The analyst will help transition the CPS model from a comparative ranking system to a benchmark-based scoring system, ensuring content strategy aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Performance Measurement: Analyze content performance using CPS, tracking acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics across different content types, regions, and audience segments.
• Benchmarking & Scoring Adjustments: Transition the CPS model from percentile-based scoring to fixed performance thresholds, leveraging historical and industry benchmarks.
• Multi-Touch Attribution: Incorporate multi-touch engagement tracking to assess content influence beyond direct conversions, ensuring holistic measurement.
• Develop Agent Content Measurement Strategy: Develop a strategy for measuring content performance both within agents and generated by agents, and tying that to attribution.
• Metric Tracking & Dashboarding: Work with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Snowflake) to build out the CPS score and automate reporting.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Partner with content marketing teams, SEO strategists, and digital analysts to align content performance with business goals.
