The resource will be part of CODIFI, the Company of Menarini Group managing customer service and order to cash processes for Italian Companies, and, in particular, will be integrated in Contact Center Department, reporting directly to the Service Operations and Digital Channels Manager.
He/she will be responsible to manage customer relationship outbound (promotional/commercial focus) and inbound (first level for customer enquiries), with the objective to centralize and optimize contacts for a specific target of customers, also through new channels for interaction.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
Customer relationship outbound: management of promotional campaigns / order collection by phone and through CRM platform (SFDC)
Customer relationship inbound: management of customer requests/inquiries by phone and through CRM platform (first level)
Management of new communication channels with the customers (self service functionalities)
Analysis and optimization of target customers
The candidate shall have a proven knowledge/experience on customer relationship activities and the ability to operate on a CRM platform for activities planning, execution, tracking and reporting.
Job Requirements
Degree in Economics or similar is preferable.
minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions in Customer Service Depts ; a specific experience in promotional/commercial activities is preferred.
The candidate should have the following skills/characteristics: good relationship skills, flexibility, target-oriented approach and problem solving attitude.
Language skills: intermediate English both spoken and written.
