ABOUT JAVA HOUSE
The Java House Consumer/Market Insights Manager is responsible for developing, leading & executing brand learning plans, insight generation and Consumer research. Both qualitative and quantitative research techniques will be utilized to learn with: (1.) Consumers generating insights for our Office Beverage Solutions; (2.) Distributors & Operators to aid business development in our Food Service/B2B channel; and (3.) Java House Cafe.
The Consumer Insights Manager reports to the Java House Marketing Leader and will partner with a broad range of multi-functional business partners in non-Marketing functions to grow the Java House business. Examples Consumer research projects include:
This position will have overall responsibility for Java House Consumer and Customer research plans & budget. The Insights Manager will be the market (customer and consumer) expert and must champion the voice of the Customer/Consumer in all internal decisions.
