Summary

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 3 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or a similar role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
  • 3 years of experience working within mobile phone Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Carrier business.
  • Experience in executing operational initiatives on a global scale.
  • Experience in running simulations and generating forecasts for supply/demand.
  • Understanding of the mobile industry through carriers, handsets, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency with SQL and advanced users of spreadsheet and in-depth understanding of BI Databases.

About The Job

As a Consumer Offer Analytics Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Consumer Offer Analytics in driving insights and informing decision-making.

In this role, you will develop and implement new data-driven processes and workflows to drive efficiency and quality in the Devices and Services Business Organization (DSBO) investments and communicate data analysis in a clear and concise manner to executive leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of our business, partners, and industry trends to guide decision making.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and scenario analytics to support investments and maximize business outcomes.
  • Lead the adoption and user engagement of predictive models generated by the Global Consumer Offer Analytics team to help scenario planning and promotional dollar allocation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams globally to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive business growth and profitability leveraging Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML).
  • Improve existing processes and workflows to drive efficiency and quality.
