Role purpose

As a Manager, you design and implement transformational industry, functional and/or digital solutions to drive business value for our clients. Apply strategy, process, operational excellence and change management skills to help clients navigate shifting market demands, optimize their business and leverage their talent.

Key accountabilities

• Functional and industry knowledge to diagnose complex client issues and develop appropriate recommendations
• Comprehensive new target businesses architectures, operating models and processes, and leverage digital capabilities to shape major transformation journeys
• Strategic solutions at the intersection of technology, people, and business
• Implementation of plans and leading teams to execute project deliverables to schedule, budget and performance goals
• Independently determine methods and procedures on new assignments
• Drive consulting engagements or new business opportunity pursuits

Professional skills

• Proven track record in leading complex projects (includes but, not limited to business process improvement and digital strategy)
• Knowledge of a field of expertise and willingness to keep abreast of advancements
• Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques
• Knowledge of business software and IT systems
• Able to develop detailed proposals and plans
• Organizational and coordination skills
• Great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines
• Possess in business or relevant discipline; Further qualifications in a specialized field will be a plus
• Experienced in consulting or field of expertise is an advantage
• Business Process analysis / re-engineering
• Able to write business cases to a high standard
• Systems selection analysis and recommendation experience

Key Experiences

• Identify, develop, research and formulate a strategic roadmap for large and complex organizations and markets
• Lead high-performing, multi-cultural teams in emerging markets
• Ability to grow, coach and develop more junior colleagues in a People Manager role
• Experienced in managing client projects in a fast-pace management consulting environment will be advantageous
• Experience in an international environment (e.g. across multiple Asian markets) will be advantageous
• C-level relationships with telecommunications, media or software clients will be advantageous

Qualifications

• Brings along preferably 10 years of consulting experience
• Possess 8 years of experience in proposing solutions to C-Suite or VP level key decision makers
• Solutioning skills
• Executive relationship building skills and a proven ability to negotiate complex solutions
• Experienced in prospect and pipeline development in new markets and industry verticals
• Developed new business and driving solutions
• Able to create and deliver influential C-level communications with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm
• Prior exposure within a leadership role in a professional setting
• Teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
