Job Summary

As a Consultant/ Senior Consultant with 7 to 13 years of experience you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Required knowledge of SQL and other analytical tools
• Required knowledge of core banking Domain and customer Domain
• Working knowledge of business process mapping and documentation.
• Facilitation skills to drive accurate requirements elicitation across many stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to organize requirements effectively.
• Agile, Jira, Confluence, story grooming
• Requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance Accounting or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting or a related role.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Show proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
