CINI also provides technical support to different State Governments and at National level for strengthening existing services and build up capacities of personnel working at different layers. CINI’s core model is based on CINI method that promotes a rights-based convergence approach which has so far attracted the attention of policy makers and other different actors of development sector, and which has proven to be an effective design to promote local level solutions for improving care and protection of Children Project Name- From Traditional Roles to Trailblazers: Promoting Men’s Role in Family Planning and Embracing Gender Continuum Location: Ranchi , Jharkhand Duration of contract- 20 Days- November 2024 Qualification: Master's Degree or equivalent in Social Science, Rural Development, Humanities, Development Communication Master’s in Public Health or any relevant degree will be preferred Experience: a. Previous experience in process documentation for development projects, particularly in the health and family planning sectors. b. Demonstrated expertise in documenting interventions focused on gender equality and male engagement, especially in family planning discussions. c. Experience working with diverse stakeholders such as community members, field workers, government officials, and implementing partners to gather qualitative and quantitative data. d. Familiarity with gender transformative approaches and interventions related to sexual and reproductive health. e. Proven ability to capture the nuances of field-based projects, including successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. f. Experience in facilitating focus group discussions (FGDs), interviews, and consultations to gather insights and feedback for documentation purposes. g. Experience in using human-centered design (HCD) principles for project documentation, especially in community-based interventions. h. Ability to synthesize complex data and field observations into clear, comprehensive, and actionable reports. i. Track record of working with local communities and understanding socio-cultural dynamics, particularly in rural settings or low-resource environments. j. Experience in working with donor-funded projects, understanding donor reporting requirements, and aligning documentation with project goals. Job Description: Comprehensive Process Documentation Report with Case Studies and Success Stories: A detailed report that captures the full project cycle, including objectives, activities, challenges, outcomes, and key learnings, recommendations, sustainability plan with a specific focus on male engagement in family planning discussions. The report should also include case studies or success stories that highlight the intervention's impact on communities, showcasing individual or group experiences and identifying the most significant changes (MSC) observed through the project.
