Work you'll do UI/UX Design: Collaborate with our teams to understand user needs and requirements. Develop user-centered UI that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies. Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements and processes within the IT and AI industry. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Develop and document business requirements and functional specifications. Support the development of project proposals and reports. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Proposal and Report Writing: Contribute to the development of compelling proposals for IT and AI projects. Prepare clear and concise reports on project progress, findings, and recommendations. Effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. We are looking for someone with Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent industrial experience Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma. Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methodologies. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred skills: Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.
