Position Overview

The Superintendent will oversee daily operations of water/wastewater treatment plant construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. This role is vital for managing workforce activities and ensuring timely completion of wastewater treatment plant projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects related to wastewater treatment plants (WWTP)
• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and environmental standards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders using Procore
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
• Manage and train construction personnel to promote a productive work environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes
• Proficient in using project management software, specifically Procore
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions on-site
