We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of new home construction sites. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Approve subcontractor invoices only after confirming that work meets agreed-upon specifications and materials are delivered as expected.
  • Manage the customer experience throughout the build process, including orientations, progress updates, and walk-throughs.

  • Uphold professional standards and promote a positive brand image on every job site.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as necessary to meet construction deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • 2–4 years of related experience in residential construction supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation capable of transporting job site materials.
  • Strong understanding of blueprints, scopes of work, and the full cycle of home construction.
  • Familiarity with permitting processes, municipal regulations, and construction safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to resolve concerns professionally.
  • Ability to manage costs, timelines, and subcontractor performance across multiple projects.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile-based construction management tools.
  • Physically able to perform site walk-throughs, climb stairs, carry materials (up to 50 lbs), and navigate rough or uneven terrain.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and exposed to construction-related hazards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
