Aquinna Homes plc is an award winning house builder based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. Currently working on building exceptional homes throughout Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, and London and actively purchasing new developments along the M4 corridor.

Role:

This is an on-site contract role for a Construction Site Manager at our Stoke Gifford Development of 6 detached luxury homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of scheme, with the following duties

• Short term planning of materials and labour
• Management and coordination of sub contractors on a daily basis
• Weekly / Daily progress reporting to head office.
• Chairing sub contractor progress meetings on a weekly basis
• Regular liaison with commercial and technical departments to resolve queries on the scheme.
• Liaise regularly with external bodies including Building Control, Utilities companies, NHBC and Local Authority regarding the scheme
• Responsible for all Health & Safety on site issuing permits to work, site inductions including review of sub contractor RAMS, toolbox talks, etc
• Carrying out quality inspections throughout the build process
• Proficient in the use of computer for teams meetings, document and drawing reviews, emails ect
• Customer/ sales liaison.

Qualifications required.

• Site Management Safety Training Scheme
• First aid at work qualification
• Scaffold inspection qualification
• CSCS card
• Full driving licence
• Temporary Works qualification beneficial
