We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for engineering professionals who wish to gain comprehensive experience in the construction of public and private/investment projects and play an active role in shaping the processes of a fast-growing construction company. The role requires flexibility and willingness to work at construction sites outside the Attica region.

Key responsibilities:

• Organization and coordination of project personnel
• Contractual management of the project
• Submission of documents (monthly certifications, progress reports, project schedule updates, letters of information and negotiation of supplementary contracts or additional works)
• Execution of tasks according to the project schedule and technical specifications
• Updating the project's financial details
• Monitoring the progress of the project and its completion within budget
• Monitoring, drafting tenders, and archiving project correspondence
• Participation in drafting studies for company investment initiatives (e.g., development laws, NSRF, private constructions)

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (AEI/TEI)
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Site Manager
• Proficient in MS Office and CAD
• Excellent command of the English language
• Familiarity with project management software (MS Project)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
