We are seeking a responsible and proactive Construction Site Assistant to support a commercial construction project located in PALA Casino. This is a temporary onsite position ideal for someone with hands-on experience in construction coordination, field communication, and general site support.

• Assist with daily on-site construction coordination
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and vendors
• Monitor and help document construction progress
• Perform light material handling and jobsite tasks as needed
• Ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance on site
  

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Previous construction experience (especially commercial) is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and take initiative
• Must be punctual, organized, and able to work independently
