Position Overview

We are a well-established drywall subcontractor with nationwide locations. We are seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler specializing in P6 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects while effectively coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 software
  • Monitor and update project timelines, identifying potential delays and proposing solutions
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to gather required information for schedule development
  • Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and potential risks
  • Ensure that all scheduling activities comply with company policies and standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (preferred)
  • 3+ years scheduler experience
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 (required)
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS project (preferred)
