As a NAVFAC construction scheduler you will function as part of the project oversight team providing both pre and post award support. Salary range is from $99,000- $135,000 (depending on qualifications and location) Excellent Benefits Package Work-Life Balance Programs **Locations: Norfolk, VA; Philadelphia, PA; Jacksonville, NC (All locations will require in- office attendance 3-4 days per week) The Construction Scheduler will be responsible for: Analyzing schedules to determine duration and logic issues and to identify risks to the project team. Providing Primavera P6 training and support to field office staffs. Reviewing project baseline schedules as well as monthly updates. Reviewing and providing opinions on Contractors Time-Impact Analysis Participating in project schedule reviews as required Building, modifying and maintaining schedules for projects under design Preparing detailed schedule reports as required including critical path view, baseline vs. actual view, look ahead and milestone view EDUCATION: BS in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience. PSP certification desirable. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty.
